ProBioniX W is a probiotic used to revitalise non-potable water in ponds, lakes and reservoirs.

Once ProBioniX W has been added in enough quantity to the body of water, it will be easier for the water to gain back its natural ability to regulate itself, as long as toxic chemicals and minerals are not present. A healthy body of water can correct a multitude of adverse conditions on its own. Healthy water should be relatively clear, have oxygen levels high enough to sustain suitable life and smell fresh. Microbes of all types work in harmony to make nutrients and minerals available to aquatic life. Microbial colonisation of the water ultimately contributes to the general health of the ecosystem. It is common knowledge that a healthy ecosystem contributes to fewer instances of plant and animal disease.
ProBioniX W restores water clarity and benefits fish, plants, filters and equipment by keeping roots and equipment clean and free of inanimate slime.
It also reduces NH4 to NO3 for better fish and aquatic life health.
Some clouding of water may occur as ProBioniX W cleans equipment and balances the ecosystem.
When used per directions ProBioniX W will not hurt the ecosystem or animal life.

General Application Directions
Use a non-contaminated container.
Once filled with water, it must have a volume suitable to allow for an even application/distribution across the top of the body of water needing treatment.
Add Part 1 to the container containing the water, mix it into a solution and allow it to sit for 24 hours (12 hours if non-contaminated air has been added to the bottom of the container via air or water pump; submersible water pumps should be oil-less).
After the proper time has elapsed, add an equal amount of Part 2 to the container containing the solution and mix thoroughly.
Within 4 hours, apply evenly across the body of water.
For larger bodies of water, divide the surface area into sections and treat each section.
Directions for Ponds and Lakes
Once done, the amount needed to treat the body of water with ProBioniX W should be evenly spread over the top of the water.
Do not mix the two parts in concentration.
Reclaimed water systems with injectors should be set to the appropriate setting. Two injectors are needed, one for each part of the probiotic formula.
Treat the body of water weekly until water shows sign of clarity and health.
Then, apply every two to four weeks to sustain water health.
Bodies of water need air and movement to sustain a healthy ecosystem.
Bring the water oxygen content to its highest level by moving water from the bottom to surface using agitation or air pump.
Standard dosage for ponds and lakes in grams added to water:
Use 1g of each part to treat 11,000 litres of water.
Use 10g of each part to treat 110,000 litres of water.
Use 50g of each part to treat 550,000 litres of water.
Use 100g of each part to treat 1,100,000 litres of water.
Use 250g of each part to treat 2,750,000 litres of water.
Use 500g of each part to treat 5,500,000 litres of water.
To determine the size of a pond or tank use this measurement:
Square/Rectangle Pond: Multiply the length times the width times the average depth. Then take that number and multiply it by 28.27. This will get you quite close to the number of litres of water in your pond.
Round Pond: Multiply the top diameter by the bottom diameter. Multiply that number by the average depth. Then take that number and multiply it by 28.27. This will get you quite close to the number of litres of water in your pond.

Rinse rubber gloves and wipe down masks and goggles with a damp towel before storing them.
Review time periods associated with replacing filters and eyewear as per the manufacturers’ recommendations.
