Shipping and Returns Policy
Our products are available wholesale only to retailers, we do not supply the public. If you are a member of the public looking to buy any of our products, please see our Stockists page for your nearest retail supplier, or ask your local hydroponics shop to get in touch with us.
Our Maven Plant Products, Flying Skull Plant Products and Supersafe wholesale stock is currently available for shipping to UK addresses only. If you are a retailer outside the UK and are interested in ordering our products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
We offer Next Working Day Courier Delivery for all orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received after 12pm or on a Weekend or Bank Holiday may be dispatched the following working day.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
We also offer a Saturday Courier Delivery option. Orders must be placed by 12pm on Friday to qualify for Saturday Courier Delivery.

Although our Courier Service will endeavour to deliver Next Working Day to addresses in the Highlands, Islands and to Northern Ireland, logistically it may not be possible, therefore we would urge you to allow an extra day when ordering for delivery to these locations.
Please ensure that the delivery address is a location where someone is available to sign for your package as our Courier service will require a signature when delivering. If they are unable to deliver a card will be left with further instructions. If you have instructed us to have your order delivered to a neighbour or to be left in a safe place this is at your own risk and Tracker Ideas Ltd cannot be held responsible for theft or damage of items left without a signature.
We offer Free Shipping for orders over £1,000 (excluding VAT) to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Unfortunately we are unable to offer Free Shipping to addresses in the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.
We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request and contact service, so if you are in any doubt you can ask us for more information before placing your order and we will be more than happy to supply you with further details. We guarantee to respond to your enquiry and let you know, we never leave our customers in the dark! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before 12pm to avoid your order being shipped. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the returns instructions outlined below.

At Tracker Ideas Ltd we want you to be completely happy every single time you shop with us. We understand that sometimes you may wish to return items you have purchased from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us unused in its original condition and in its original packaging WITHIN 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

It is not necessary for you to give us a reason for your return, although this can be helpful information for future customers and product development and you will therefore be asked for a reason for your return when appropriate. Returns are payable by the buyer. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and signed for return service for proof of postage and delivery.
Refunds will normally be issued within 7 days of receipt of your returned item(s) but please allow up to 28 days for processing.
